All Sydney Smart Gates products have a standard back to base 12 month warranty.
Some products may have an additional warranty period for up to 5 years.
Installation of products carry a 6 month onsite service warranty.
The warranty period is from the date displayed on your invoice for goods purchased or the date the
installation is completed.
All warranty covers are for only manufacturer faults only. The warranty does not cover general wear and
tear, incorrect installation, misuse of products, incorrect job application, damages due to power surge/
bad power and damages caused by Pest & Vermin.

When requesting a service, please advise whether this falls within the 6 month warranty period from
installation as charges are applicable per callout for services outside of the warranty period. Additional
charges for parts may be applicable depending on the warranty period for the specific product.
