Orders Preparation
Our high quality QC testing is as follows
- Gate opening systems: All the components that make up a gate automation system is thoroughly tested by a qualified technician prior to dispatching, the motor(s) are tested, the control panels is tested, the remote are programmed to the system to make sure that installer has trouble free easy installation by following the installation directions supplied with the products.Accepted Returns based on the following
• If the products are dead on arrival.
• If the products arrived are not as advertised.
• If the product is returned within 14 day of the purchase and the product HAVE NOT BEEN installed, a minimum of 10% re-testing / stocking fee is applicable.
• Any product to be returned must have the approval of Sydney Smart Gates prior to returning and an Return number must be obtained.
• The Return number will be valid for 10 days and the item must be returned with this 10 days period.
• Any returned product must be as supplied in its original new condition and with the original packaging and documentation.
• A refund amount will be the original price of the product less any re-testing/stocking fee and less the original freight charge, (example Original price minus the restocking fee and minus the original freight charge).Non Acceptable product return
We recommend that customers choose carefully before buying as no returns are permitted where the buyer is simply unhappy with their purchase or has changed their mind.Full Warranty Items
• All products supplied carry a 12 Months warranty.Limited warranty Items
• Due to the user misuse and handling a limited warranty is offered on all remote controls.
Warranty Repairs
• A warranty claim is only recognized if approved by our technical officer
• Any products returned for warranty must be accompanied by an warranty number and a warranty claim form, this Warranty number and the warranty form will be issued by the service department of Sydney Smart Gates.
• All warranty repairs are carried out by a professional technician.
• The return freight to us for warranty returned products is paid by the customer.
• The freight for returning the repaired item is paid by Sydney Smart Gates except in the case that the product is not found to be faulty, then the return freight must be paid by the customer
Delivery and Freight
Deliveries are made Australia wide by Australia post or any nominated courier by us.
We make every effort to deliver your package(s) within the estimated delivery time window, we cannot guarantee the delivery time.
Upon delivery, the product title and all risk of loss is your responsibility, please immediately check your delivered product condition and contents. No claim will be recognized after 7 days of the delivery for missing items or damaged items.
Estimated delivery time for your product(s)
Your order will be dispatched promptly within 24 hours of clearing the order payment, please allow 1-4 business days for most locations within, Victoria, NSW and SA, and up to 10 days for the other remote parts of Australia.
Custom made order (gates , panels, handrails and any workshop fabrication)
Estimated time frame is 2-4 week from order depending on backlog and design
Custom made fabrication orders deposit are not refundable
Products installed remain the proprety of Sydney smart gates until final payment been received and handover is completed
